Ingredients
  

Brazilian Lemonade

  • 6 cups cold water filtered or purified preferred
  • 5 limes cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk or more to taste
  • ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the cold water, lime wedges, and granulated sugar. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the blender contents through it, catching the juice in the bowl below. Discard the pulp.
  • Rinse out the blender. Pour the strained juice back into the blender and add the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Blend again until smooth and frothy.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the Brazilian Lemonade over top. Garnish with fresh lime slices if desired.

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed fresh as it may separate over time. Adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetened condensed milk if desired. Always use fresh limes and filtered water for the best flavor.
