  • 9x13-inch Baking Dish
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula
  • Foil
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp Knife

Ingredients

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding 5.9-ounce
  • 2.5 cups whole milk
  • 2.5 cups Cool Whip defrosted and divided
  • 12 graham crackers broken in half and divided
  • 5 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 6 ounces marshmallow creme a little less than 1 jar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang to lift out later.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  • Lay half of the graham crackers evenly on the bottom of the baking dish. Spread pudding mixture evenly over the top. Chill while preparing the next layer.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in remaining 2 cups Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chocolate layer. Top with the remaining graham crackers.
  • Cover with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  • Lift out the frozen s'mores using the parchment overhang. Place on a cutting board and cut into 12 squares, using the graham crackers as a guide. Trim edges if desired.
  • Serve softened or store in the freezer in a zip-top bag. Let soften 15 minutes at room temperature before eating if frozen solid.

Notes

Chocolate graham crackers can be used for extra chocolate flavor. To store, wrap each s'more in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
