1/3cuphoneypreferably clover or wildflower
1/4cuplow-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar or lemon juice.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until pink and slightly seared.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, spooning extra sauce over the shrimp.
Notes
Make sure the shrimp are fully thawed and patted dry before cooking to get a good sear. Use freshly minced garlic for best flavor. Adjust sweetness or saltiness by tweaking the honey and soy sauce ratio.
