Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add some lemon zest to the topping mixture.
Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
This recipe also works well with chicken thighs if you prefer dark meat.
