Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, and red onion.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the fruit and add chopped cilantro.
  • Add honey or agave syrup if desired, and season lightly with salt.
  • Gently toss to mix all ingredients.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for the best texture.
Add a dash of chili powder for a spicy twist.
Best served chilled and fresh.
